What is NJ Makers Day?
NJ Makers Day is a statewide weekend event that celebrates and promotes the values associated with making, tinkering and STEM-based learning. New Jersey Makers Day events are hands-on science, technology, engineering, math, and creative learning programs for people of all ages.
SBPL will have Makers activities all weekend long — Adults (Friday), Children (Saturday) and Teen (Sunday). See the list of activities below and click on the respective links for more detail and registration.
Friday, March 24 – Adult Activities

After Hours Events
(Adults 21 or older only – ID Required & Registration Required)
Following both After Hour events there will be a brief demonstration on Roasting Your Own Coffee Beans followed by coffee, dessert & social time.
Saturday, March 25 – Children’s Activities
Sunday, March 26 – Teen Activities
Open to all teens in grades 6-12.
From 2 to 4 p.m. there will be 5 tables of activities
