The inspiration for this piece comes from Anne Shirley herself. This 11 year old girl is wise past her years. Her appreciation for everything around her from the “Lake of Crystal Waters” to the “White Way”, she opens the eyes of those around her. This necklace starts with a 18” soft green wax cotton cord that adjusts up to 20”. From that is a matching soft mint green, 1.5” diameter disk with a silver, outlined owl which represents Anne’s longing for knowledge of everything around her. The simple design shows her own simplicity and elegance.
